Hi, I’m Theresa, the director of operations. I oversee our entire portfolio of clients to ensure that our team consistently meets and exceeds our clients’ expectations. I ensure that our staff work in accordance with our high-quality standards, including your service agreement and our comprehensive set of standard operating procedures. I have more than 15 years accounting experience in both small and mid-sized companies in a variety of industries, including not-for-profit organizations. My prior experience includes working as an independent contractor for multiple small companies and serving as a division controller and accounting manager for two agricultural companies. I’ve been responsible for the full range of accounting operations, including financial statements, extensive financial and cost analysis, and management of accounting staff. I’m also an advanced Excel user.
